Creating a New Site
Overview
Each site in your account is an independent workspace with its own settings, users, and content. You can create as many sites as your plan allows.
Step 1: Start the Setup Flow
From your Dashboard, click the + New Site button in the top-right corner. This will open the site creation wizard.
Step 2: Enter Your Site Details
Fill in the following fields:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Site Name | A friendly name for internal reference (e.g. “Acme Corp Website”) |
| Subdomain | Your site’s default URL prefix (e.g. acme → acme.yourapp.com) |
| Region | The data region where your content will be hosted |
Note: Subdomains must be lowercase, between 3–63 characters, and can only contain letters, numbers, and hyphens.
Step 3: Choose a Plan
Select the plan that fits your needs. You can always upgrade or downgrade later from Settings → Billing. If you’re unsure, the Starter plan is a great place to begin — you can scale up as you grow.
Step 4: Configure Your Site
Once your site is created, you’ll be dropped into the Site Settings screen. We recommend configuring the following before going live:
- Custom Domain — Connect your own domain under Settings → Domains.
- Team Members — Invite collaborators under Settings → Team.
- Notifications — Set up alerts for deployments and errors.
Step 5: Deploy Your First Build
Your site is ready to receive content. Head to the Deployments tab to trigger your first build or connect your repository via the Integrations tab.
