How to Cancel Your Subscription

Before You Cancel

We’re sorry to see you go. If you’re running into a specific issue, our support team may be able to help — reach out via the Help button before cancelling and we’ll do our best.

If you’re set on cancelling, here’s everything you need to know.

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You won’t be charged again after that.
  • At the end of the billing period, your sites will be suspended (not deleted immediately). You’ll have a 30-day grace period to export your data.
  • After 30 days, all site data, content, and settings will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • Your account itself remains accessible so you can reactivate at any time.

How to Cancel

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner and go to Settings.
  2. Select Billing from the left-hand menu.
  3. Scroll to the Subscription section and click Cancel Subscription.
  4. You’ll be asked to confirm and optionally share a reason — this is optional but helps us improve.
  5. Click Confirm Cancellation.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with the exact date your subscription ends.

Exporting Your Data

Before your grace period ends, we strongly recommend exporting your data. To do so:

  1. Navigate to each site under your account.
  2. Go to Settings → Advanced → Export Site Data.
  3. Click Request Export — you’ll receive a download link via email within a few hours.

Reactivating Your Account

Changed your mind? You can reactivate at any time during the grace period or after — as long as your data hasn’t been permanently deleted.

  1. Log back in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings → Billing.
  3. Click Reactivate Subscription and choose your plan.

Downgrading Instead of Cancelling

If cost is the concern, consider downgrading to our Starter plan instead of cancelling. You’ll retain access to your sites at a lower price point. Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan to explore options.
